After the initial 30 long-distance min cell chat, and one in-person meeting at the condo, I knew she had the right local knowledge of the I-5 coastal corridor Carmel Valley/Del Mar condo market. She knew excellent best-value painters, and excellent best-value staging team. Approx. 4 weeks from on market to closing!!
